Returns
We really hope that you're happy with your purchase! If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything that you have bought from JadoPado, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully
re-saleable condition.
JadoPado has a general 60-day return policy (15 days for Electronics or IT products) for most items, however specific return periods apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. |

Unfortunately, unless they are fault or not as described, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishables (food, health and beauty products) unless there is a problem with the quality of the products. |

Returns should be made within 60 days of your purchase or within the stipulated return period if your item falls outside of the 60 day policy, in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer's packaging that the product was delivered to you in. |
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 15% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
