Warranties

JadoPado offers two types of warranties on the Electronics & IT items that we carry:

JadoPado’s own Limited Warranty.
This is generally offered on imported products that haven not been sourced from local or regional distributors. In a nutshell we cover you against manufacturing defects for up to one year after the date of purchase of your product.

Manufacturer’s Warranty.
This is offered on product that have been sourced from local or regional distributors. Warranty from manufacturer to manufacturer will vary please refer to a specific manufacturer’s website for further details. In general most manufacturer’s cover products for up to a year after purchase, however exclusions do apply.
